As the CEO of EYES Childcare, Naila has spent over two decades expanding accessible and affordable childcare services across Ontario. Under her leadership, EYES Childcare has grown significantly, providing high-quality early education and supporting working families. Naila is also actively working to create more $10-a-day childcare spaces to ease the financial burden on parents and help families thrive.

Naila's commitment to education extends beyond her business. She has served on her local school parent council for several years, working closely with educators and families to support schools and improve student outcomes. Her dedication to strengthening public education reflects her belief that every child deserves access to quality learning environments.

Beyond her work in childcare and education, Naila has been deeply involved in community advocacy. She has supported homelessness reduction efforts, expanded food bank services, and fought for poverty reduction initiatives.
