Virginia Kutzan is your NDP candidate for Prince Albert.
Virginia spent 45 years serving her community as a nurse. As a healthcare worker, she is a fierce advocate for protecting and improving Canada’s universal public healthcare system.
A lifelong champion of the labor movement, Virginia is part of the NDP’s strong history of defending and protecting workers’ rights. She served the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses since it was founded in 1974 and was the first woman on the Worker’s Compensation Act Committee of Review.
Virginia is driven by a commitment to protect Canada’s sovereignty and uphold the values that make our country strong. She believes the best way to defend Canada against external threats – including the actions of the current occupant of the White House – is for Canadians to unite and fight back.
She will fight to defend our Canadian values where everyone can feel safe and respected regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. This election is about defending the Canadian way of life and ensuring a better future for all.
