Dr. Karishma Manji completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at McMaster University before returning home to complete her residency in family medicine through the University of Toronto. She has loved serving the people of Scarborough North as a family doctor.

She strongly believes in the values of the New Democratic Party including investing in national pharmacare and dental care, a national school lunch program, labor rights and strengthening our public systems. She hopes her candidacy will be an opportunity for the community to become excited about civic engagement and learn about the work of the New Democratic Party.

She has previously worked as a family doctor doing locums across the country which has given her the opportunity to serve Canadians from Prince Edward Island to Whitehorse. She has found Canadians across the country to be exceptionally kind and welcoming and strongly believes in the beauty of this country and its people.
