Troy’s story is unapologetically Canadian. His family came to Canada a generation ago seeking opportunity and built a life through hard work, determination, and a commitment to community—values that have shaped Troy throughout his life.
Growing up around construction sites with a father who was a builder, Troy learned early that building is about more than structures. It’s about creating places where families can put down roots and communities can thrive.
Troy and his wife raised their family in Surrey, where he has built homes, businesses, and helped bring St. John Paul II Academy to life.
Now, after decades of raising a family, building businesses, and investing in his community, Troy wants to give back in a bigger way. Running for mayor is a natural extension of what he has always done: build for the future and serve the community he grew up in.
