Suhana Gill, born and raised in Surrey, earned her political science degree at 19, worked with the House of Commons and represented 22,000 university students. I grew up in Surrey, and I know what it means to spend an hour on a bus to get to class or a shift. Surrey's youth are the largest generation this city has ever had, and City Hall has planned nothing for them. SkyTrain down King George Boulevard to Newton connects students, workers and families to the whole region, and a council that builds it instead of studying it is what young people deserve.
